In order to raise money for the Four Diamonds Fund, an organization which pays the medical bills for children with cancer, I decided to bake some classic chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter icing. The cupcakes have both melted semisweet chocolate as well as cocoa powder in them so they're super chocolatey :D I stuck a Reese's PB cup in the icing for good measure, too!
What I loved most about this recipe was the way the top of the cupcake was chewy like a brownie! A very rich and choclatey flavor with good texture! I'm making myself hungry just thinking about it!
